  • What is The Backdrop?

    The Backdrop offers all ages a new type of entertainment venue - self-photography or selfie studio. Guests use their own mobile device or camera to Pose, Snap, and Share pictures with fun, whimsical backdrops that are designed to bring people together by taking photos and having fun.

  • What are the ticket prices?

    Ages 0-3 are Free with a paid session
    30 minute session - $10 per person
    60 minute session - $15 per person
    60 minute session - $65 for Party of 5

  • What are your hours?

    Reservations are available:
    Tues. - Fri. 5pm - 8pm
    Sat. - Sun. 11am - 8pm

    All other times by request only.

  • Do you allow walk-ins?

    No, reservations are required. Book online in advance or call or text us.

    Being a busy family, we value reservations to cater to both you and our kids effectively. Your advance booking helps us serve you better.

  • Who needs an admission ticket?

    Everyone over the age of 3 is required to have a ticket, regardless of whether they are taking photos, posing for photos, or simply there for moral support. We don’t have a waiting area for non-ticket holders, which includes non-ticketed parents. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Pets aren’t allowed during general admission, but we have reserved special times during the month for your fur-friends to join you!

  • When should I arrive for my session?

    Arrive approximately 10 minutes before your session time slot. This will help ensure that we get you checked in and you have the entire 30 or 60 minutes to Pose, Snap, and Share!

  • Where should I park?

    While we do not have dedicated parking, there is plenty of free, street parking on the blocks around us on High St. and Madison St. In addition, there is parking available in the city parking garage.

  • Do you allow parties?

    Absolutely! Whether you’re looking to throw a birthday party, celebrate your graduate, or toast your bachelorette, we offer the perfect setting to make it memorable. Our studio can accommodate small gatherings up to 25.

  • What form of payment is accepted?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All tickets are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 24-hours in advance, we’d be happy to reschedule your session.

  • Do you offer group discounts?

    Discount offered for groups of 5 or more. Contact us when booking. All tickets for the group must be purchased at the same time.

  • Do you offer private rental opportunities?

    Absolutely! No matter if you want exclusive access to our backdrops for a photoshoot or to create content, our studio’s open floor plan allows you the flexibility of using our sets and equipment or bringing your own in. We also have a backroom that can be used for more intimate photoshoots or to be used as a staging area for your models and team. Contact us for pricing and availability.

  • What should or can I bring?

    You need a camera or mobile phone to take pictures with. Small personal props are allowed if you’re celebrating something special or just want to add your own personality to your photos.

    Items that are strictly prohibited are: food and drink (unless part of a private rental), confetti or glitter, guns or weapons, glass or otherwise fragile items that can easily break if dropped or knocked over, or items deemed profane.

  • What is a Mobile Selfie Station?

    Our Mobile Selfie stations make a perfect addition to any birthday or bachelorette party, special event, or wedding. Our packages can be customized to meet your needs.
